for Hotel BLACKCOMs Erika
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of hotel rooms, hotel suites and apartments for accommodation purposes as well as to all other services and deliveries provided by Hotel BLACKCOMs Erika.
2. Booking and conclusion of contract
The contract comes into existence when the hotel accepts the booking offer. Bookings may be made in writing, electronically or verbally, and will be confirmed by the hotel.
3. Cancellation terms
A booking may be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before the agreed arrival date. Cancellations must be made in writing without exception.
In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the hotel will charge 90 % of the agreed total price for the entire booking period, provided that no alternative letting is possible.
4. Payment
The full booking amount is payable in advance. In special cases the hotel may grant a payment period of 7 days, e.g. for damages caused.
If payment is not received, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
5. Liability and damages
Guests are liable for all damages caused during their stay to the property in which they have rented or stayed, or to its facilities, culpably caused by themselves, their companions or visitors. The hotel reserves the right to assert corresponding claims for damages at replacement value together with any labour costs incurred.
On the day of departure, both rented accommodation and parking spaces must be vacated. Accommodation must be returned in very good condition. If further areas of the property have been affected by the guest(s), these must also be restored to their original condition. Departure is by 10:00 a.m. If the accommodation has not been vacated by this time, a charge for an additional night will apply.
6. Limitation of the hotel's liability
The hotel is liable for its own obligations in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, insofar as no essential contractual obligations are affected and no damages result from injury to life, body or health.
7. Miscellaneous
Amendments and additions to the contract as well as to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or void, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory regulation that corresponds to or most closely matches the provision.
